Mô tả việc làm : • Responsible for the HR recruiting team and the implementation of the recruitment procedures
• The allocation of task and duties within the recruiting team
• Maintenance of the HR recruiting cell files and records
• Drafting job advertisements for websites, newspapers and recruiting agencies.
• Liaise with website providers, newspapers and recruiting agencies on HR recruiting matters
• Monitors and reviews incoming resumes from prospective applicants
• Liaise with departments on HR recruiting issues and ensures that procedures are being followed
• Monitoring the advertising budget and reporting usage rates to the HRM
• Maintaining recruiting, retention and resignation statistics and reporting to the HRM
• Recommending improvements to the recruiting, induction and orientation procedures
• Oversees the induction and orientation of new employees to the company
• Maintains all inactive recruiting files and records
• Maintains the SPCC website for recruitment notices
• Administering the Recruitment Assistance Payment Scheme (RAPS)
• Coordinate orientation training to new staff members
• Conducts exit interviews with departing staff
• Carry out any other office tasks directed by the HRAM
Kỹ năng tối thiểu : • Minimum – 4 years experience in a Human Resources/ Administrtion office
Preferred – experience in foreign owned company
• Minimum – Business College in Administration
Preferred – University Degree in Business Administration
• Minimum – Full Microsoft Suite
Preferred – Experience with human resources database program
• Minimum – Proficient in written and oral English communication
Preferred – Proficient in Chinese
