To provide QA inspection services to ensure that customers’ quality standards are met
1.Product Inspections and Follow-up
Conduct in-line and final product inspections and provide solutions to solve quality issues
Common activities include:
• Inspect materials, accessories, parts, components and products for color, measurements, labels and overall quality
• Prepare, consolidate, update and file audit reports
• Provide technical advice to factories to solve production and quality problems
• Specify timeframe for factories to implement improvements
2.Sample Inspections
Check samples against product specifications to ensure that they meet customers’ quality standards
Common activities include:
• Inspect samples (sub-assembly product samples, pilot-run samples or customers’ samples) including materials, accessories, parts, components etc.
3.Technical Support
Provide technical support to merchandisers, factories and customers to ensure product quality
Common activities include:
• Give suggestions to factories based on factory capacity and availability of machinery to ensure product quality
• Answer merchandisers’ enquires on quality or material issues
4.Production Control
Provide QA advice to factories before and during the manufacturing process
Common activities include:
• Communicate customers’ quality requirements to factories
• Check if materials used for bulk production are of acceptable quality
• Anticipate quality issues that may arise in the manufacturing process
5.Others
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management
Kỹ năng tối thiểu : - Bachelor’s Degree
- Knowledge of ISO9002 / ISO14000/ AQL 2.5/4

• Maintain accurate database in various systems
• Conduct research and data analysis
• Identify features of different product items, product types, materials types
• Conduct QA inspection independently and solve minor quality issues based on customer requirements such as insignificant color variation
• Identify and provide solutions on production and manufacturing problems that might have impact on delivery and / or product quality
• Conduct inline inspection independently and provide advice on improving production process
• Conduct QA inspection independently and make judgment on minor quality issues based on lab-test results, local government and customer requirements
• Able to work with vendors to bring in solutions when minor quality issues arise such as insignificant color variations
• Use various lab-tests to check if products and materials meet with international and customers standards
• Interpret and analyze lab-test results to decide on acceptance and rejection of product quality.
