Mô tả việc làm : - Engaging in the evaluation stage of the sales cycle and develop needs of the customer, using UPS technology and services to provide solutions to meet these needs
- Focusing area: core, small and medium customers, recording and retaining formal documentation of all depoyed solutions for customers
- Engaging in any technology sales support activities, driving adoption of UPS solution in support of our technology initiatives (Ecommerce solution,Package Level Detail(PLD),Smart Label) ultimately driving PLD performance
- Developing technology training materials progressively delivered to the technology sales and support teams
- Engaging in any customer's technology deployment activities such as data integration, dat mapping, hardware application documentation and implementation deployment activities, including coordination with external technology support group
- Trade Direct: assist in hardware request, data integration, data mapping and implementation and training when neccesary
- Undertaking role of country customer hardware controller, assisting in master hardware appropriation and co-ordinating with technology support group on hardware deployments
- Quering systems and deliver reports in support of all e-commerce, customer technology sales suppport and Trade Direct support
Kỹ năng tối thiểu : - Graduated from the Information Technogy University
- Previous sales experience selling technology related products or service desirable
- Good understanding of networking, file transfer protocols, data mapping and communication architecture.
- Good knowledge of Internet and Wed-based technology
- Proficient in Microsoft Access most desired. Good written and spoken English
- Personal computer competency, which includes dial-up access to remote networks and MS office
- Outstanding time-management skills specifically in the areas of planning,organization and project execution
