Mô tả việc làm : - Involving in recruiting, training and developing Tech Service Staff of retail channel.
- Be in charge of staff working time and performance appraisal.
- Provide regular Tech Service reports to Retail Operating Director.
- Check, follow up and supervise the implementations of tech service staff.
- Sets and achieves Tech Service department goals and results by using ‘best practice’ leadership and management principles and ensuring adherence to organizational procedures, policies, and systems.
- Develops and implements strategies for maintaining the products to end users as appropriate.
- Assigns and directs the workflow to ensure excellent tech service is delivered through appropriate staff planning and scheduling to meet/exceed all of the department’s goals.
- Develops a training curriculum and personal development plan for all tech service staff. Conducts training as required to achieve goals and tech service standards.
- Establishes and maintains quantity and quality standards by developing and ensuring compliance with all customer service and process standards through reviews, technical and call observation audits, reports and practices. Provides direct and timely feedback to all staff on the results.
- Set up and advertise the Brand name of Bestbuy though-out the professional & effective delivery service.
- Report daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly to Retail Operating Director and/or BOD.
- Other tasks assigned by Retail Operating Director and/or BOD to ensure the retail operations are effectively.
Kỹ năng tối thiểu : 1. Knowledge:
- Educational background in business related field
- Male or female 30-40 yrs.
2. Experiences:
- Minimum 05 years relevant technical service management experience in a professional organization and especially in Retail channel.
3. Skills
- Strong presentation skills.
- Honest, mature, and outgoing personality.
4. Abilities
- Fluency in English and Vietnamese language
- Proficient in computer (word, excel, power point).
- Work under high pressure.
