Mô tả việc làm : 1. Office administration

- Telephone receiving and forwarding, taking messages
- Taking care of the Front Office, assuring beautiful and professional image.
- Ordering and providing stationary, checking PO and quality and providing stationary to staff; making monthly report on stationary expenses.
- Document filing, typing and translating
- Receiving and transferring documents to involved departments
- Keeping the internal correspondence going smoothly
- Travel and accommodation arranging (booking, cancelling)
- Coordinating drivers, arranging transportation when
- Supervising housekeeping team
- Implementing paperwork procedures for staff’s business trips.
- Follow up and monitoring telephone bills, and taxi fees (Vinataxi)
- Other administrative tasks as required by line Manager.

2. Foreign staff concierge
- Arranging visas for visitors - liaising with agents if necessary
- Passport, Resident Permit: application, extension, renewal etc.
- Housing, hotel and travel arrangements

3. Local agency liaison
- Department of Planning and Investment
- Department of Immigration
- Telephone, Electricity, Water Supply Companies

4. Backing up absent staff
- Tea Lady
Kỹ năng tối thiểu : - College or University degree
- Fluent in English, able to translate English documents into Vietnamese and vise versa
- Skillful in using office computer.
- Deep knowledge in protocol, office secretarial skills.
