Mô tả việc làm : The position holder should involve in these following activities:
Manage employee working time.
Involve in the recruitment process (able to perform screening stage).
Manage the HRM system.
Consult with staffs about matters relating to company policies and labour issues.
Help communicating staffs in the company.
Do researches on HR issues.
Interpret and advise on employment legislation.
Help improve effectiveness and efficiency in working quality of staff in the company.
Other administration tasks.
Kỹ năng tối thiểu : At least 6 month - 1 year experience in relevant field.
Bachelor degree in Economics, Business administration or Human resource field.
Basic knowledge about HRM systems, recruitment process and labour laws/issues.
Good communication with company staffs and at team level, and good team-work skill.
Good presentation, organizing & time management and problem sovling skill.
Fluent in English.
